Work Duties:

• Coordinate daily work schedules and assign tasks to installation crews.
• Provide training and mentorship to team members.
• Inspect work to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot on-site issues and implement solutions.
• Communicate progress and challenges to management.
• Maintain a safe work environment and enforce safety protocols.
  Salary Range: $26.71 – $27.38 per hour, depending on experience.
