Description
Role: The Shop Foreman will supervise daily installation operations, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to high standards of quality.
Work Duties:
- Coordinate daily work schedules and assign tasks to installation crews.
- Provide training and mentorship to team members.
- Inspect work to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Troubleshoot on-site issues and implement solutions.
- Communicate progress and challenges to management.
- Maintain a safe work environment and enforce safety protocols.
Salary Range: $26.71 – $27.38 per hour, depending on experience.
